Duties: Assists with developing project plans and implementation schedules for assigned area in order to effect a broader variety of business solutions. Directs the business requirements gathering process by responsibly collecting, analyzing, reviewing, documenting, and communicating business needs to ensure the proposed solutions meet business requirements. Understands the IT strategic and tactical goals in order to focus functional team(s) on highest business impact by working through others to ensure tasks are adequately defined, planned and completed. Employs techniques to derive information e.g. business process mapping/modeling, As-Is/ToBe business process analysis, business process reengineering and adherence to information gathering interviewing protocol. Collaborates with stakeholder teams to identify user requirements and recommend solution options. Documents work, including change requests and functional specifications, and manages changes to documentation. Facilitates meetings/task groups, tracks and influences task progress and tracks deliverables in order to effectively resolve customer and vendor issues. Learns and understands business area processes and operating models; translates business needs into new technologies/applications, and performs high-level troubleshooting. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all phases of technology/application implementation; apprises IT management team of progress; keeps IT management aware of issues, potential problems and mitigation plans. Tests system changes/enhancements related to assigned processes to ensure changes satisfy business requirements with no negative impact. Supports Solution Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including: requirements gathering, specification documentation, quality assurance, training, implementation and support. Resolves technology questions and troubleshoots business needs. Responds to brand/business inquiries related to systems, policies and procedures. Develops and implements end user documentation including help document, instructions and release notes. Supervises and coaches other Business Analysts. May telecommute up to 60%.

Requirements: Must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, Information Systems, Technology, Business, Physics or related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a related occupation. Experience must include: (1) Supply Chain RICEF objects & delivered functionalities ; (2) SAP modules and SAP merchandising applications such as: SAP IS Retail, SAP MM, SAP WM, SAP Retail, PMR & CAR. ; (3) Unit & Integration testing; (4) Investigate user problems and needs, identify their source, research, analyze and evaluate to determine and define the best SAP system solutions. ; (5) Evaluate alternatives and provide recommendations where there are systems gaps to meet business requirements.; (6) Translate conceptual user requirements into SAP functional specifications, creating process models and lead design sessions in prototyping new systems to enhance business processes and information process flow.
