Job Description We are currently seeking for enthusiastic and organized individuals with both event and technical experience to assist at fundraising events using the Greater Giving products. Responsibilities Train staff and volunteers on Greater Giving products used at event. Assist with Data Entry as needed Provide Technical support with Greater Giving equipment and Event software during event Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on event day Review client auction and guest data and make appropriate changes where necessary onsite. Stay through Checkout and provide assistance as needed. Requirements 1+ years of event management experience Experience with Greater Giving Software Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and database management experience Auction Management Ability to maintain effective interpersonal communications during high-stress situations Represents Greater Giving in a professional and positive manner Comfortable with using intuitive web based software as well as smartphone technology (iPhone and Android) Some knowledge with setting up hardware - computers, tablets and printers Willing to travel The above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
